Crown Resorts at Hickory Hills

I’ve seen some reviews about the place being outdated and a ghost town. I personally enjoyed it. Where we stayed, the living room/ kitchen was very modern and new looking. I loved the high ceilings. The kitchen doesn’t come with coffee for the coffee maker or much stuff but that’s common with every suite I’ve stayed at in other states. The rooms were cozy and clean, I felt safe letting my baby walk around, however the slats on the stairs were spaced out a bit too much so just be careful. Coming from New York, I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the view.

This condo is the best. My first time in one. It makes this vacation even better. The place is so nice. The trees around the condo are cool to look at. Great views out the many windows. It has a golf course next to it and putt putt for the family. Tennis courts, a pool, basketball court and shuffle board on the property. Very clean and maintained. I would love to come back.

We arrived at 2:00 and were told to leave check-in was 4;00 and they were still cleaning. No one had cleaned in weeks, carpet turned white socks black, took a paper towel up to office after wiping up spilled water, filthy and the response was letting me know where to find a mop! Nothing provided, one wash cloth for four people. Did not stay, left early Tuesday morning, even though we had paid until Friday. Interval International did not respond! Never again.

Really nice a peaceful. But needs some updating, food disposal didnt work and kept clogging. Tried to use mixer and didn't work. Plenty of room, clean and convenient to everything but for enough away for peace. My only problem is We stayed in 4D and had issues with golf balls. A golf ball hit the wall where I was sitting outside on the balcony and bounced back and hit the back of my foot and ankle. Where I will have it checked out when I get home if it still hurts. There is no type of barrier. My husband was grilling and was almost hit by one. Very dangerous !

We enjoyed our stay in this comfy Quiet place.We are a family of 5. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed .Wifi didn't work in our rooms but, we were Good without it .We loved the location it Was a short drive to Ocean Springs Beach where enjoyed Some beach days .The Pool And basket goal's at Hicory Hills Villas were enough entertainment for our 3, teenage boy's and staff are all friendly and helpful. We will be returning soon ..

We knew we were going to arrive after the office closed and called ahead to make arrangements. We were charged $50 and told our key would be inside a lockbox and inside an envelope with our name on it. When we arrived we were able to open the lockbox but there wasnt an envelope with our name. We called the lady who runs the office who we had previously made the arrangements with and she came and took care of everything within 20 minutes. The resort is older and its age is showing somewhat, but our two bedroom apartment was clean and had wifi. The tvs all ran off of roku, we never could get the roku working in the master bedroom. The resort isnt far from a gas station and several restaurants and Walmart was less than 10 miles away. The drive to Biloxi was around 30 min.

This place was a pleasant surprise. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure what we were getting into. We got here 2 weeks after hurricane Ida went through and 2 days after hurricane Nicholas, wasn't sure if the place was still standing or under water. We drove by the entrance because the sign said Hickory Hills Golf, no signs with the name of the resort. A sign with the resorts name on it would be helpful. The road into the resort was a little bumpy and needed to be fixed but that could be from all the rain they had. The condo was very nice and clean, very roomy. Sure it could use a little updating but it was fine. Needs a few more kitchen items like dish towels and soap, so bring your own. The swimming pool was nice and the area very quiet. Need a car to get around. Staff very friendly and we will be back.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It's very nice and clean and very roomy. Perfect if you have children. The pool is very nice, it has had hurricane damage, but that doesn't hinder anything at all. The upstairs is a little warm, but other than that it was great.
